The process
How an order runs from start to finish
Eight steps, each one visible to both sides. Nothing important happens in a private message.
For buyers
Browse and compare
Filter by category, price, delivery time and rating. Listings inside a category carry the same fields, so comparing them is meaningful.
Open the listing
Read the scope, the tiers, the requirements and the FAQ before spending anything.
Pick a tier
Each listing offers up to three tiers. The difference between them is stated as a number, not as an adjective.
Submit requirements
The seller's questions are answered at checkout, so the order does not stall waiting on a URL or an access detail.
Watch the countdown
The order page shows the time remaining in the delivery window, updating live.
Receive the delivery
Files and live URLs arrive attached to the order itself, alongside the delivery message.
Accept or request a revision
Accept it, or use one of the revisions the listing stated. Either way the order record shows what happened.
Leave a review
A rating and a written review, added to the seller's profile after completion.

Both sides, one record

For sellers
Create unlimited listings
Title, category, description, gallery, tags, tiers, delivery time, revision count, requirements and FAQ, all from the dashboard.
Set the scope honestly
The required fields exist so a buyer cannot misread what they are buying, which is also what prevents disputes.
Work the order queue
Active, delivered, revision-requested, completed and canceled orders each have their own view.
Deliver against the record
Upload the files and the message together so the evidence sits on the order permanently.
Order states

| Revision requested | Buyer used one of the revisions the listing stated. |
| Completed | Accepted by the buyer. Review can be left. |
| Canceled | Closed without delivery. |
| Disputed | Escalated for a decision. |
Common questions
About placing an order
- Do I need an account to place an order?
- Yes. Checkout asks you to sign in, so the order, its messages and its delivery stay on one record. The account is free.
- When does the delivery countdown start?
- When payment clears. The deadline is set once as a fixed time, shown as a live countdown, and it does not reset.
- Where do I receive the finished work?
- On the order itself. Files, live URLs and the delivery message are attached to the order record, so the evidence stays in one place.
- What if the delivery needs changing?
- Request a revision. You can use the revisions the listing stated before purchase, and the order record shows what happened.
- Can I leave a review?
- Yes. Once the order is completed, you can add a rating and a written review to the seller's profile.
