How pricing works here
Sellers set their own prices. The marketplace sets the rules about how a price has to be explained.
The three-tier structure
Every listing may offer up to three tiers. The rule is that the difference between tiers must be expressed as a measurable quantity, so a buyer can see what the extra money buys rather than inferring it from a word like "premium".
Basic
The smallest complete unit of the service. A real deliverable on its own, never a teaser that requires an upgrade to be useful.
Standard
A larger quantity, a shorter delivery window, or additional revisions. The difference is stated numerically.
Premium
The full-scope version, typically the largest quantity plus reporting.
What a price must include
- The quantity delivered at that price.
- The delivery window in days.
- The number of revisions included.
- Anything explicitly excluded, so an exclusion is never a surprise after purchase.
Payment
Payment runs through a payment provider. No card number is stored on this site, and no seller sees your payment details. An invoice and a transaction reference are attached to every order.
Refunds
An order canceled before work begins is refunded. A dispute on a delivered order is decided on the evidence attached to that order, which is precisely why deliveries are required to be attached to the order rather than sent privately.

- Who sets the price?
- The seller does. The marketplace sets the rules about how a price has to be explained, not what it has to be.
- Does it cost anything to have an account?
- No. Creating an account is free for buyers and for sellers. You pay when you buy a gig.
- Are my card details stored on this site?
- No. Payment runs through a payment provider and no card number is stored here. No seller sees your payment details.
- What happens to an order I cancel before work starts?
- It is refunded. An order canceled before work begins has nothing delivered against it.
- How is a dispute on a delivered order decided?
- On the evidence attached to that order, which is exactly why deliveries must be attached to the order rather than sent privately.
